Experience participating in the EU programme “Support for the digitalisation of processes”

With the financial support of the European Union Recovery Fund, SIA “Būvinženieru konstruktoru birojs” has introduced specialised digital tools to improve structural design, calculation and BIM processes.

Within the project, the following software licences were purchased and implemented: Tekla Structures, Dlubal RFEM, GEO5 and IDEA StatiCa.

These programs help the company perform structural modelling, calculations, geotechnical calculations and connection checks faster and more accurately. They reduce manual work, lower the risk of errors and help prepare construction design documentation more efficiently.

Thanks to these digital tools, the company has improved work efficiency, accelerated the exchange of information between specialists and raised the quality of the design process.

The project was implemented with the financial support of the European Union Recovery Fund within the programme “Atbalsts procesu digitalizācijai”. Contract No. 17.2-5-L-2024/210.
