SIA “Būvinženieru konstruktoru birojs” (“BKB”) was founded in 1998. Since then it has grown from a company that designed small objects such as, for example, mansard constructions, log cabin saunas and private houses, up to a company that participates in the design works of the largest facilities in Latvia.
In 2021, BKB also started offering customers full-cycle design work and project management in order to provide customers with the widest possible range of services and save customers’ time and costs by providing optimal project management solutions.

Employees
The successful operation of the office is based on many years of professional experience of the employees in designing and applying the latest technologies. We are a growing company that currently employs 14 full-time employees, 10 of whom are engineering employees. All specialists use modern software in their work, thanks to which the office offers high-quality and economical project solutions with excellent accuracy in object realization. The work organization of the office is built according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality standard, which allows for the preparation of a competent assessment, analysis and proposal for an object of any size in the shortest possible time, and guarantees implementation deadlines and fixed final costs.

Our goals
Our goal is to create the most suitable construction solution for the customer’s wishes with the lowest construction costs, guaranteeing excellent strength and durability indicators of constructions. The office is licensed in the structural design of residential, public and production buildings, as well as in the design of hydraulic structures. Thanks to the initial orientation of the office towards monolithic design, BKB has become one of the leading companies in Latvia in this field. Designing of metal and wooden structures is taking up an increasing amount of work in the office.
